Go to Settings → AI Behavior / Personality / Instructions. Paste the training prompt from section 01 above. Replace every [BRACKET] placeholder with your real business info.

Save before closing — prompts don't auto-save.

Add your 5 FAQs

Find FAQ / Knowledge Base / Quick Replies section in your platform. Add each FAQ as a separate entry. Most platforms let you bulk-import from a spreadsheet.

Connect your email for follow-up sequences

In your platform's Automation / Workflows section, create two triggers:
